On 6 October Vice Admiral Michael Noonan launched the Navy’s Remote and Autonomous System & Artificial Intelligence Strategy 2040. The following day he gave the keynote webinar for the Goldrick series of webinars that is dealing with RAS at Sea. In his keynote webinar Admiral Noonan outlined the the key elements of the Strategy and fielded a broad array of questions on the Strategy.
