Malcolm Turnbull has joined fellow former prime minister Paul Keating in criticising the AUKUS pact, insisting it would have been better to acquire nuclear-powered submarines under the deal he struck with France rather than the United States and United Kingdom, the Sydney Morning Herald reports.
