A hugely decorated former RADM in the United States Navy with senior appointments including assignments with the US 7th Fleet and a previous President of the U.S. Naval War College, Admiral Harley offers a perspective on the current Indo-Pacific brinkmanship, along with Dr Mitchell who is the current Professor of Defence Studies at the Canadian Defence College. Both scholars offer a viewpoint from the US and Canada with insightful perspectives, on the current maritme situation that is emerging in the Indo-Pacific.
