On 13 December the Indian Corvette INS Kadmatt and the Filipino frigate BRP Ramon Alcarazconducted a maritime partnership exercise in the West Philippine Sea. The Indian Ambassador, Shambhu Kumaran said he hoped the exercise would promote common approaches to the rules-base order.
