On 29 July the following is the joint statement released by the US Secretary of State and the Foreign Ministers of the Governments of Australia, India, and Japan. The Quad is a diplomatic network of four democracies committed to supporting a free and open, stable and prosperous Indo-Pacific that is inclusive and resilient.
