On 25 September the Republic of Singapore Navy (RSN) commissioned the submarines RSS Invincible & RSS Impeccable in a ceremony attended by Prime Minister Lawrence Wong, Senior Minister Mr Teo Chee Hean, Minister for Defence Dr Ng Eng Hen and the Chief of Navy Rear Admiral Sean Wat.
