On 2 March it was reported that the frigate HMS Lancaster had seized anti-tank weapons and ballistic missile components being smuggled in international waters in the Gulf of Oman. After a high-speed chase, Royal Marines of 42 Commando boarded a speed boat after the frigate’s Wildcat helicopter tracked the vessel in international waters.
