Australia has a longstanding history of strategic naval alliances, integral to ensuring maritime security, fostering regional stability, and driving economic growth. The RAN’s ongoing international engagements underscore this deep commitment, with recent strategic focus on the South China Sea and Northeast Asia evident in Australia’s participation in UN missions and ADF operations. However, in the face of a rapidly evolving global landscape, there arises a need for innovative approaches to security and prosperity.
