North Korean destroyer tests Cruise missile

On 10 March, the official North Korean news agency, KCNA reported that the new North Korean destroyer Choe Hyon had test fired a strategic cruise missile. It also reported that the “respected Comrade Kim Jong Un observed the test-fire on TV.”
