The China Maritime Studies Institute (CMSI) at the US Naval War College studies opens source material from China and elsewhere to assess the growing capabilities of the People’s Liberation Army-Navy. Their output includes English translation of Chinese articles and assessments by the professors at CMSI. The ANI will periodically highlight their reports to members.
