Latest Mogami Class frigate launched

On 19 December 2024 the tenth Mogami class frigate, named Nagara, was launched at the Mitsubishi Heavy Industries shipyard in Nagasaki. A total of twelve ships are planned to be built with Nagara expected to commission in the 2026.
