‘DIVE PALAU’ is a rather magnificent coverage of an action taken on 30 March 1944 in WWII on the island of Palau. The Allies sought to deny the island and its anchorage as assets for Japanese forces. In this they were successful, and the raid’s effects can still be seen today in 20 major shipwrecks.
