The Australian Naval Institute is pleased to announce the theme for the 2026 Goldrick Seminar: Maritime Power and National Resilience.
To be held on 4 November 2026 in Canberra, the ANI’s 2026 Goldrick Seminar will examine the connection between Australia’s maritime capabilities and the nation’s ability to respond to an increasingly complex strategic environment and the growing range of security challenges.
Bringing together defence, industry, government, and academic perspectives, the seminar will explore how maritime capability contributes to national security and economic prosperity, with a focus on national preparedness for future challenges.
Registrations will open in August 2026, with a call for papers plus further information on speakers to be released shortly.
