The US Chief of Naval Operations (CNO) Admiral Mike Gilday released Navigation Plan 2022 on 26 July. This Navigation Plan builds upon the 2021 edition further outlining how the US Navy will build, maintain, train, and equip a dominant naval force to strengthen strategic partnerships, deter conflict, and if called upon, help win the Nation’s wars.
