The CSIS Southeast Asia Program and Asia Maritime Transparency Initiative are pleased to present the Eleventh Annual South China Sea Conference: Session Two on Tuesday, August 24, 2021. This monthly webinar series will provide opportunities for detailed discussion and analysis of key developments in the South China Sea over the past year and potential paths forward. Panelists will address the legal landscape and options for dispute management in the South China Sea. This session will feature a panel discussion with Ian Storey, Senior Fellow at the ISEAS-Yusof Ishak Institute, Maria Pia Benosa, Research Associate at the Centre for International Law, and Yan Yan, Research Fellow and Director of the Research Center of Oceans Law and Policy at the National Institute for South China Sea Studies.
