The Russian Black Sea flagship, the 12,500 tonne cruiser Moskva has sunk both Russian and Ukrainian sources say. It was sunk near Snake (Zmeinii) Island. Both sources report there weree been fires and explosions onboard the cruiser and the ship’s company of 510 abandoned ship.
