Philippines to track ‘dark’ Chinese vessels

The confrontation between the Philippines and China is getting dangerous at every turn. The Philippines will use Canadian satellites to detect and track Chinese vessels that go ‘dark’ in its territorial waters, Eurasian Times reports.
