In year two of the Ukraine war, the naval domain continued to be a lower-tier area of conflict — and yet, both sides stepped up their activities at, above and below the sea, Breaking Defense reports. The Ukrainians have particularly shown their prowess at using naval drones to deal significant blows to the Russian Navy.
