On August 16th, the Republic of Korea Navy (ROKN) (North Korea) confirmed that its first ship-in-class KSS III submarine, ROKS Dosan Ahn Changho, has been operationally deployed for the first time, Naval News reports. The feat is the culmination of three years of testing and trials following the submarine’s launch in 2018.
