On 14 November the keel laying ceremony for the first of the five Fleet Support Ships was held at Hindustan Shipyard Limited, Visakhapatnam. The ceremony was presided by Vice Admiral B Siva Kumar, Controller Warship Production & Acquisition in presence of Chairman & Managing Director, HSL and other senior officials from IndianNavy and HSL.
