If anyone was wondering why the Indian Navy has deployed almost its entire fleet of ships and submarines into the Indian Ocean region, one only has to look at the ongoing border stand-off with China in Ladakh, Dave Makichuk of the Asian Times reports.
According to ThePrint, The Eastern and Western Naval Commands intended to send a clear “message” to China, and were successful in doing so.
