India and Australia conduct Maritime Partnership Exercise

During 2-3 November an Indian-Australian Maritime Partnership Exercise took place in the Bay of Bengal. on 2-3 November. It involved the amphibious ships HMAS Adelaide and INS Jalashwa, the frigate HMAS Anzac and corvette INS Kavaratti along with their embarked helicopters. The exercises included tactical manoeuvres, helicopter landings and amphibious operations, which signified the high degree of interoperability between IN and RAN.
