How to further recognise Australian naval heroes

Australia’s naval heroes have not received the attention they deserved since the formation of the Royal Australian Navy, over more than a century ago.

Several fought so bravely, they should have received a Victoria Cross, but did not. Some were recognised with minor honours – some with nothing at all. This article proposes a method for giving them more recognition.[1]
