US naval ship collisions spark cyber fear

The chief cyber intelligence officer at a Navy lab is suggesting that the spate of collisions between Navy vessels and civilian ships may be the result of a cyber attack. The suggestion comes as Adm. Scott Swift, commander of U.S. Pacific Fleet, relieved the commander of Seventh Fleet, Vice Adm. Joseph Aucoin, due to a loss of confidence in his ability to command.
