The Ministry of Defence is evaluating the use of commercial vessels to supplement the Royal Fleet Auxiliary’s (RFA) Fleet Solid Support (FSS) capability in non-contested environments, according to Defence Minister Luke Pollard, UK Defence Journal reports.
