Warships of the Indian and Philippines navies exercising off Manila
The official Philippines News Agency reported that on 5 August President Ferdinand Marcos said the Philippines and India will strengthen interoperability between their naval and coast guard forces under the newly launched Strategic Partnership between the two countries.
