The new Algerian Navy MEKO A200 class frigate PN 910 has conducted its first sea trials in the Baltic Sea.
A name for the ship so far has not been released. The sister ship (hull number PN 911), which currently is under construction at the subcontracting shipyard German Naval Yards is now being outfitted.
Informed sources indicate that main contractor ThyssenKrupp Marine Systems will hand over the lead ship to the Algerian Navy in spring 2016.
